ACCOUNTING

Accounting - Officer

* Perform accounting functions and reports accurately and in timely manner.
* Bachelor degree from Accounting with min. 1 year relevant experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Tax - Officer

* Responsible for maintaining tax administration process timely and accurately.
* Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Taxation. Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting or Taxation area, Computer Literate and relevant ffinancial software tools.


BUSINESS & PROCUREMENT SERVICES

Purchasing Admin - Staff

* Responsible for purchasing administration, maintain all new vendor documentation and prepare the vendor evaluation and reporting.
* Bachelor degree in any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.



CLAIM

Head of Claim

* Responsible for the direction and performance of Claim on quality and Turn around time; and of process improvements to meet key business objectives of the organization. The process improvements are carried out to meet the organizational vision of being the best retail financial. The job holder will also be responsible in maintaining the Operations dashboard.
* Master degree in any major with min. 10 years working experience in leading Claim department, preferably in Life Insurance.


Claim Analyst - Officer

* Analyse life, accident and health claims and provide accurate claim reports.
* Bachelor degree in Community Health/Nursery/fharmacy with min. 2 years relevant experience.


ACTUARIAL

Actuarial Pricing - Manager

* Conduct pricing calculation and analyze reinsurance treaties.

Actuarial Pricing - Officer

* Assist in pricing calculation and processing product approvals.
* Bachelor degree in Actuarial/Mathematics/Statistics with min. 4 years relevant experience for Assistant Manager and 2 years relevant experience for Officer, preferably have knowledge of Prophet software and has passed ASAI of PAI exams.

Actuarial Reporting - Officer

* Assist in preparing regional reporting and financial projections.
* Bachelor degree in Actuarial/Mathematics/Statistics with min. 2 years relevant experience for Officer, preferably have knowledge of prophet software and has passed 1 subject of PAI exams.

CORPORATE MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

Corporate Marketing - Assistant Vice President

* Coordinate the company’s advertising and promotional activities to achieve the company’s objectives. Responsible of market condition research to determine potential sales of product, examines and analysis statistical data to forecast future market trends. Oversee internal and external communication in order to build and maintain an effective company image among staff, sales force, customer, media, industry and public at large. Responsible in positioning the company’s brand as a company that listens to the customer needs and wants. Responsible for planning and utilization of customer database as well as coordinating an effective integrated customer relationship management program.
* Bachelor degree in Marketing or other related disciplines with min. 12 years experience in financial company preferably Insurance.


Marketing Research & Intelligence - Senior Manager

* Responsible of market condition research and intelligence to determine potential sales of product, examines and analysis statistical data to forecast future market trends. Coordinate in delivering the lates information regarding the life industry and our competitors to be used by various functions. Responsible in conducting research and intelligence internally, regionally and internationally.
* Bachelor degree in Marketing or other related disciplines with min. 10 years experience in financial company preferably Insurance.


Media & Public Relations - Manager

* Develop media, PR and CSR strategies, build and maintain positive relations with various media and public stakeholders.
* Bachelor degree in communications with min. 5 years of relevant experience.


Corporate Marketing - Officer

* Carry out marketing plans which are formulated with specific target projects, and assist in the coordination of activities related to various distribution channels and other company events.
* Bachelor degree in any major with min. 2 years relevant experience.


Public Relations - Officer

* To provide professional support for internal and external communications especially in media relationship management and community relations in order to build and maintain company’s image among staff, sales force, customers, community, industry and public at large that support the mission, objectives and business goals of the company.
* Bachelor degree in Communications or other related disciplines with min. 2 years relevant experience. Very good command & writing English and Bahasa Indonesia and good communications & interpersonal skills.


INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Business Analyst - Officer

* Identify needs and deliver solutions.
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information System with min. 3 years relevant experience, preferably in Life Insurance industry.


IT Project Management - Manager

* Manage critical and medium-to-large scale projects with defined budgets, scope and schedule in alignment with business needs.
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information System with min. 5 years relevant experience.



INTERNAL AUDIT

Internal Audit - Manager

* Assisting the Audit Director develop and continuously review an annual risk based audit plan for Prudential, aligned to business unit strategy. Managing the delivery of a portfolio of audits within Channel area of responsibility in line with agreed annual audit plan, continuously reviewing to ensure alignment between audit strategy and business strategy. Supporting the Audit leadership team in executing a range of continuous improvement, administrative and reporting tasks needed to meet Group Wide Internal Audit stakeholder requirements.
* Bachelor degree in Accounting with min. 5 years relevant experience preferably holds Certification of Internal Audit (CIA).


LEGAL & COMPLIANCE

Complaint Handling – Officer

* Accept, review and conduct investigation for Major Legal Complaint (premium held, brand damage & misrepresentation). Prepare Major Legal Complaint report for submission to Management and PCA.
* Bachelor degree from Law with min. 2 years relevant experience. Life Insurance experience is advantageous.


Anti Money Laundering Specialist

* To ensure, monitor and maintain the Anti Money Laundering (AML) / Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance awareness from all operational activities of the Companies towards the Indonesia legal framework and Group internal policy which has been adopted and conformed according the applicable laws and regulation in Indonesia.
* Bachelor degree in Law with min. 3 years relevant experience. Possess knowledge in KYC/AML Procedures. Life Insurance experience is advantageous.


MARKETING, AGENCY & SALES SUPPORT

Agency Development Specialist

* (Will be based in Banda Aceh, Batam, Jakarta, Surabaya, Manado and Samarinda)*
* Develop and support a defined group of sales force within region.
* Bachelor degree in any major with min. 2 years relevant experience.

Agency Training Specialist

* (Will be based in Banda Aceh, Batam, Jakarta, Surabaya, Kupang, Pontianak, Banjarmasin, Manado and Papua)*
* Develop and conduct trainings for sales force to improve their quality and productivity.
* Bachelor degree in any major with min. 2 years relevant experience


OPERATION SOLUTIONS CENTRE

Operation Solutions Centre – Manager

* Ensuring and monitoring service level of Operation Solutions Specialist team in giving solutions to all inquiries from sales force.
* Bachelor degree in any major with min. 5 years experience in Customer Service. Experience in Insurance Industry is an advantage.


Operation Solutions Specialist – Officer

* Respond and provide solution to all inquiries from sales force.
* Bachelor degree in any major. Having experience as a Customer Service is an advantage. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.


SYARIAH & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Product of Agency Channel & Syariah - Manager

* As a project manager of new product development or revamp of existing product projects and ensuring the delivery or product launch met targeted date. Actively support and participate in discussions and negotiations on product with internal channel managers and external parties. Perform day to day operational issues attached to the department.
* Bachelor degree in Actuarial/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Business with min. 7 years relevant experience in Life Insurance industry. Having knowledge in Life Insurance product especially in Sharia. Business Operation process (underwriting, administration, marketing, etc).


Product of Bancassurance Channel - Manager

* To design the product for distribution channel. As a project manager of new product development or revamp of existing product projects and ensuring the delivery or product launch met targeted date. Actively support and participate in discussions and negotiations on product with internal channel managers and external parties. Perform day to day operational issues attached to the department.

* Bachelor degree in Actuarial/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Business with min. 7 years relevant experience in Life Insurance industry.Having knowledge in Life Insurance product, Business Operation process (underwriting, administration, marketing, etc).


UNDERWRITING

Medical Underwriting – Officer

* Underwrite standard applications according to company guidelines and service standard.
* Bachelor degree in Medical Doctor with min. 1 year relevant experience.


GENERAL POSITION

Administration – Staff

* Administer day-to-day operation in alignment with company’s Standard Operating Procedure.
* Bachelor degree in any major. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
