Lowongan Kerja Putera Sampoerna Foundation - Brand Manager-Marketing & Communication

The Putera Sampoerna Foundation (PSF) is the first Social Business Institution in Indonesia with the vision to create eminent and responsible future leaders and entrepreneurs for Indonesia to face the challenges of global participation.

The four main pillars of the Putera Sampoerna Foundation are quality education for Indonesian students, especially those from financially disadvantaged families, job creation through entrepreneurship development, public enlightenment through the empowerment of women, and the distribution of aid and relief programs for disaster recovery. Based on its grand strategy 'Pathway to Leadership', the Putera Sampoerna Foundation has the goal of creating 1,000 leaders per year who are expected to provide contributions and change in their communities. The Putera Sampoerna Foundation is periodically audited by a third-party international auditor and its report is published in the Putera Sampoerna Foundation's annual report.

Currently Putera Sampoerna Foundation is looking for high motivated candidates to fulfill the following positions:

Brand Manager-Marketing & Communication

Job Description
• Track and measure return of Brand Marketing strategy and plan.
• Provide selling concept and proposition to sales team, prepare presentation standard template presentation material/proposal, direct & supervise the development of sales kit collaterals
• Develop, organize, and lead virtual team consisting of all stake-holders to participate and engage to execute Brand Marketing plan
• Work and guide vendors/supplier to achieve Brand Marketing goals
• Network, socialize, and create cooperation with external parties for the Brand advantage
• Produce Brand Marketing report in timely manner

Requirement
• Possess min S1 from any relevant disciplines
• Possess minimum 5 years work experience in the same position.
• Possess reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, power point, etc.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent communication and presentation skill.
• Good objective analytical skill.
• Good constructive conceptual skill.
