Employee Benefit Product and Initiatives Development - (1103356)

Responsibilities:

OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
• Responsible for Employee Benefit products business development including finding cooperation opportunity in the marketing of Employee Benefit products owned by Manulife Indonesia
• Responsible for the implementation of working process development including services development in Employee Benefit area in relation with the business development from Employee Benefit, both in operation and sales area.
• Controlling the development process under his/her responsibility, including test control of the working process implemented and supervise the subordinates according to the standard service, in service time and service quality, in order to fulfill the needs of the user and the management.
• Conducting a resources planning needed for system development implementation and conducting the time planning for the implementation of the system development
• Responsible for the client's data confidentiality and is required to maintain the client's data according to the regulation.
• Conducting control process on the existing data in the system and verify the needs of hardware and sofware required by the organisation in his duty.


Requirements:

COMPETENCE QUALIFICATION
• Computer application literacy including Project Management
• Spoken and written communication skill, both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Leadership and Teamwork skills
• Minimum intelectual potential is average or above average
• Creative in problem solving
• Capability in synthesis and numeral analysis
• Capability in problem solving and full of initiative
• Capability in working under pressure
• Capability in taking anticipative steps
• Customer Service skill
