PROFESSIONAL LEGAL (Experienced)
General requirements:
- Bachelor/ Master Law Degree from reputable University
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in corporate legal/ business law
- Has deep understanding and experience in handling litigation (criminal/civil case)
- Has high commitment, integrity, and accountability
- Owns strong interpersonal, analytical thinking, negotiation, and time management skills
- Possess good attitude and sense of urgency
- Has excellent report writing, communication & presentation skills
- Willing to work full time
Job Description:
Company Document Legalization
- To carry out the company’s document legalization process and ensuring its conformance with the applied regulations/provisions, such as:
- Contracting, business contract evaluation with customer and / or vendor
- Internal company document legalization
- Other legal document review
Corporate Litigation and Non-Litigation
- Completion of the company’s legal issues (litigation and non-litigation):
- Conducting legal study (Legal Summary and Legal Opinion)
- Completion of legal disputes in court
- Completion of legal issues with customer (e.g.: bad debt, etc.)
- Knowledge on legal media publication
- Law of business aspects (merger, acquisition, partnership, etc.)
- Knowledge on arbitration will be of an advantage
Licensing (License)
- Licensing implementation in accordance with applicable law:
- Company document licensing
- IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) / HAKI
- Brand Registration
- Company Acts handling
- Other company documents in accordance with the regulation/provision
