Accounting Supervisor


JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for supervise Finance, Accounting, & Tax team to ensure accuracy from company's financial records, report and financial reconciliation, and ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and tax requirements.
• Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
• Coordinate with Accounting Manager
• Checking financial report from finance staff

Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree from Finance, Accountancy, or Tax from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
• Maximum 35 years old
• Having at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is a must, or experience in auditor practise
• Proven create and analyzing financial statement regularly
• Certified in brevet A-B-C would be an advantage
• Having a knowledge about IFRS reporting
• Strong attention to detail, good analytical thinking, initiative, ad customer driven
• Excellent communication skill both verbal or written in English

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Menjaga kolektibilitas account tetap terjaga dengan baik
  • Melakukan penagihan sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan
  • Menyiapkan daily outstanding balance (DO) untuk memberikan informasi yang akurat kepada manajemen mengenai posisi outstanding DO harian

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle full set of accounts and accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with current accounting practices/principle.
• Responsible for the day to day accounts and finance operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Involve in develop, implement and maintain financial policies, procedures and guidelines
• Responsible for banking, treasury and forex matters such as perform cash flow forecasts and manage fund requirements, loan and etc.
• Responsible for VAT reporting, tax such as monthly, yearly tax returns.
• Responsible for any compliance reporting such as audit, bank reporting and etc. processed accurately and on a timely basis and within prescribed timescales.
• Involve in preparation and monitoring of budget.
• Involve in establish and maintain proper internal controls.
• Involve in implementing accounting software and procedures.
• Maintain strong internal controls, reporting standards and ensure compliance with accounting and reporting requirements.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for effective business decision support.
• Mentor and supervise a team of accounts staff.
• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bank and etc.

Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
• Well versed with accounting software or ERP system
• Has an eye for detail and ability to work in a high pressure environment.
• Able to handle challenges, fast-paced environment and dynamic culture
• A team player who is self-motivated.
• Good leadership, good communication skills and able to interact with all levels
• Minimum of eight years of experience in Accounting and Tax
• Having certificate In Brevet A and Brevet B an advantage
