Maintenance Assistant

Job Description:

• Able develop new maintenance techniques and procedures in orderto maximize utility of machines/equipments.
• Able to prepare the budget for mill maintenance, ensure that theactual expenses are within the approved budget limit, reporting variance and initiate corrective actions for the variance noted
• Able to Manage the entire mill maintenance in an effective andefficient manner while ensuring that the optimum level of productivity is achieved.
• Able to monitor the product quality and adoption of latesttechnology for improving the quality and the oil extraction ratio
• Plan and implement an effective work schedule taking into account productivity and maintenance operating cost.
• Able to motivate and lead a team of workers to achieve milestones.

Qualifications:

• S-1 Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant
• Age Max 30 years old, Single is prefered
• Min. 1 years experience in Management Level for palm oilindustry.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and strong leadership
• Articulate and able to make effective presentations.
• Having a good English both spoken and written with computer skills.
• Technically competent and has a successful track record ofimplementing Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) system
• Mindful of safety and health requirements Implement all relevant EHS policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Ability to work under pressure
• High willingness to learn for self advancement.
• Willing to be placed at all location of our plantations Aceh, Kalimantan Selatan, dan Sumatera Selatan
