Survei Indikator Kesehatan Nasional (Sirkesnas) merupakan survei antar Riskesdas yang dilaksanakan secara berkala untuk memantau pencapaian target indikator kinerja Kementerian Kesehatan. Sirkesnas dilaksanakan di 34 Provinsi, 261 Kabupaten/Kota yang akan melibatkan kurang lebih 400 Tim Pengumpul Data. 1 (satu) Tim terdiri dari 4 (empat) Enumerator yang akan mengumpulkan data di 3 (tiga) blok sensus.

A. Kriteria sebagai berikut:

1. Farmasi/Dokter umum/Sarjana Kedokteran (8 orang)
2. Bidan/Perawat (8 orang)
3. Gizi (8 orang)
4. Kesmas/Kesling/Analis Kesehatan (8 orang)

B. Kriteria dan Persyaratan Enumerator Latar belakang pendidikan :

1. S1 (Farmasi, Dokter umum, Sarjana Kedokteran, Kesmas), D3 (Farmasi, 1 Perawat, Bidan, Gizi, Kesling, Analis) dibuktikan dengan ijazah yang dilegalisir atau surat keterangan lulus.
2. Usia < 35 Tahun (Laki- laki / Perempuan)
3. Tidak dalam keadaan hamil dan tidak dalam masa nifas
4. Tidak sedang menjalani pendidikan
5. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
6. Bersedia ditempatkan dimana pun (lokasi Penelitian), diutamakan berdomisili di wilayah provinsi penelitian, dibuktikan dengan KTP atau surat keterangan domisili dari RT/RW setempat.
7. Bersedia mengikuti pelatihan enumerator selama 7 hari.
8. Bersedia berada secara penuh di kab/kota terpilih pengumpulan data selama 15 hari
9. Bersedia menandatangi kontrak tenaga enumerator
10. Sehat jasmani dan Rohani (dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan sehat dari dokter puskesmas)
11. Memiliki Kepesertaan BPJS atau asuransi kesehatan lainnya
12. Bagi yang sudah bekerja (Tenaga kontrak, honorer, bakti, swasta), harus mendapatkan izin tertulis dari atasan
13. Bukan PNS
14. Surat lamaran ditujukan ke kepala dinas kesehatan Aceh
15. Semua berkas lamaran dimasukan kedalam MAP warna kuning

D. Pelaksanaan Survey

Survey Indikator Kesehatan (SIRKESNAS) dilaksanakan di 8 kab/kota Provinsi Aceh yaitu Simeulue, Aceh Selatan, Aceh Tengah, Aceh Besar, Pidie, Aceh Utara, Nagan Raya dan Aceh Jaya, dimana masing-masing kab/kota terdiri dari 3 Blok sensus penelitian.

Rekruitmen Enumerator 64 Orang PTM, 32 Orang Penghubung dengan Kriteria sebagai berikut:

A. Kriteria Enumerator Kesmas

1. Berdomisili di wilayah Provinsi Setempat.
2. Mengajukan lamaran
3. Mengikuti Seleksi
4. Minimal Tamat D3 Kesehatan. Diutamakan Bidan dan Perawat
5. usia maksimal 35 Tahun
6. Tidak sedang mengikuti pendidikan
7. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
8. Bersedia ditempatkan dimana saja sesuai lokasi penelitian
9. Bersedia mengikuti pelatihan dan melakukan pengumpulan data sampai selesai sesuai dengan perjanjian tertulis
10. Bila mengundurkan diri selama atau setelah pelatihan, diwajibkan mengganti biaya pelatihan sesuai biaya yang ditetapkan Badan Litbangkes.
11. Tidak sedang hamil saat pengumpulan data
12. Tidak sedang bekerja sebagai pegawai tetap atau tidak tetap
13. Memiliki kartu BPJS/Asuransi kesehatan lain yang masih aktif
14. Melakukan Pengumpulan data
15. Bertugas membantu pelaksanaan pemeriksaan SADANIS/IVA/pengambilan darah di Puskesmas
16. Wajib melakukan Entry data langsung setelah pengumpulan data dan pada hari terakhir pengumpulan data sudah menyelesaikan entry data untuk 1 BS
17. Surat lamaran ditujukan ke Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Aceh
18. Semua berkas lamaran dimasukan kedalam MAP wama Hijau


B. Kriteria Enumerator Penghubung

1. Pegawai Puskesmas, Dinas Kesehatan, BPJS setempat
2. Mendapakan izin atasan untuk mengikuti Riset PTM
3. Mampu berkoordinasi dengan masyarakat, Puskesmas dan RS
4. Mampu mengendarai sepeda motor, mobil, menguasai perihal angkutan umum setempat
5. 1 Enumerator Penghubung mendampingi 1 BS
6. Tugas: Memdampingi Subjek selama pemeriksaan di Puskesmas, Rujukan sampai menyerahkan hasil kepada PJO kab/kota
7. Surat lamaran ditujukan ke Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Aceh
8 Semua berkas lamaran dimasukan kedalam MAP warna biru

Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Syiah Kuala (FKIP Unsyiah) sejak 11-26 Agustus 2012, menerima pendaftaran sarjana pendidikan untuk diseleksi secara nasional ikut Program SM-3T (Sarjana Mendidik di daerah Terdepan, Terluar, dan Tertinggal) di delapan kabupaten. Khusus Aceh, kabupaten yang menjadi sasaran Program SM-3T tahun ini adalah Simeulue, Aceh Singkil, Aceh Selatan, Aceh Timur, Aceh Barat, Aceh Besar, Gayo Lues, dan Pidie Jaya.

“Ini rekrutmen kedua, setelah dilakukan rekrutmen tahap I pada 8 Juli lalu. Peserta yang tidak lulus tes tahap I boleh mendaftar lagi,” ujar Dekan FKIP Unsyiah, Prof Dr M Yusuf Aziz MPd kepada Serambi, Minggu (12/8). Selain FKIP Unsyiah, tercatat 16 universitas lainnya di Indonesia yang diminta oleh Dirjen Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Kemendikbud untuk membantu menyeleksi calon peserta SM-3T (sebatas verifikasi dokumen dan wawancara). Pendaftar SM-3T yang belum lolos pada seleksi tahap I diperbolehkan mengikuti pendaftaran tahap II.

Program kali ini pun tetap dibiayai dengan APBN Direktorat Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan Ditjen Dikti tahun 2012. “Jumlah kuota yang diterima secara nasional tahun ini mencapai 2.700 peserta,” kata Yusuf Azis didampingi Pembantu Dekan Bidang Kerjasama FKIP Unsyiah, Dr Wildan, MPd. Dia tambahkan, pendaftaran dan seleksi secara nasional dilakukan secara online melalui laman: www.sm-3t.dikti.go.id. Tes online dilaksanakan di Kampus FKIP Unsyiah Darussalam, Banda Aceh. PERSYARATAN PESERTA

2. Livelihood Aquaculture Officer, LAO (2 Positions, 1 Simeulue, 1 Singkil)

This is technical position at the field level that will give direct support to beneficiary in marine aquaculture. Candidates are expected to have bachelor degree in Aquaculture with 5 years experience with at least 2 years experience in grouper culture (KJA). Computer literacy is required.

It seeks to promote sustainable economic and social development by working with local communities through relief and development programmes. Islamic Relief Indonesia is part of Islamic Relief Worldwide which has been working in Indonesia since 2003. Islamic Relief Indonesia provides service and support to the communities in mandate areas, based on the MoU with Department of Home Affairs. There are some initiative sectors under Emergency and Development program such as Shelter, Water and Sanitation, Health and Nutrition, Livelihood, Orphans, Education, Marines Fisheries, and Disaster Preparedness and Response. Through these sectors, Islamic Relief Indonesia plays significant role in alleviating the suffering and poverty of the world’s poorest people.

Islamic Relief (IR) through World Bank funded aims to develop an integrated marine fisheries project that will provide better sustained livelihoods and can be replicated in line with the objectives of Economic Development Financing Facility (EDFF). This project will be done in line with multidimensional studies to integrate economic fishing activities with social, cultural, and environmental considerations. The main goal of this sub-project is improving coastal community prosperity through integrated marine fisheries management and better market access.

Islamic Relief seeks to hire committed and experienced person for the following positions:

M & E - Environment and Communication Specialist

Base : Banda Aceh - NAD
Contract Duration : 6 months (extendable)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage all M & E issues of the project
• Assist and guide the environmental consultant to assess the environmental issues properly
• Guide the team to publish newsletter, books, film on sustainable sea fisheries project for Simeulue and Singkil
• Prepare monthly narrative and physical-financial progress reports
• Communicate with donor and Govt officials in a regular basis

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Graduation degree on fishery/aquaculture
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the same field.
• Sufficient experience on project monitoring and evaluation activities
• Sufficient experience on fishery/aquaculture project implementation
• Work experience with government departments
• Enough knowledge on environmental issues
• Report writing skill
• Be flexible in work directives from managers
• Computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
• Able to work in a multi-lingual and cross-cultural environment.
• An ability to work under pressure and within a complex and insecure environment
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Respect for confidentiality and commitment to Islamic Relief overall aims and objectives, including gender, equality and equal opportunities in all aspects of Islamic Relief's work.
• Initiative, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to understand & interpret organizational policies/procedures.

Community Mobilizer ( 4 positions)

Base : Singkil / Simeulue - NAD
Contract Duration : 3 months

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* To mobilize the community
* Conducts need assessment for water, sanitation and hygiene.
* Liaise with the community leader and other community organization in targeted area
* Conduction Meeting and Focus group with targeted beneficiaries.
* Assist in community outreach activities and recruit vulnerable youth for enrollment in program.
* Support and mobilize all targeted beneficiaries including youth and health cadres through meeting and other correspondences.
* Implement the training on hygiene practice in targeted beneficiaries.
* Other duties as required
* Field reporting.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

. Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field.

. Understanding of public health issues faced by the targeted communities.

* Reasonable understanding of health and hygiene issues related to water and sanitation.
* Public health, social science
* Willing to undergo training and carry out activities as defined with managers.
* Sympathize and willing to assist target communities.
* Be flexible in work directives from managers
* Ability to establish good relations with community members and act as representative of the organization.
* Must be able to communicate effectively with most community members and speak the local language. Ability to speak English.
* Must maintain a high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness
