PT Lafarge Cement Indonesia a subsidiary of world leader in cement manufacturing and building material having its operation in Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau and Batam invites you to join our team to be based in Lhok Nga-Plant, Aceh as:

IT Engineer (Code: IE)

• Installs, configure and maintain personal computers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices and systems, adds or upgrades and configures modems, disk drives, CD ROM units, printers, and other related equipment.
• Investigates, analyzes, troubleshoots and resolves network, hardware and software problems on company computer systems, performs hardware repairs, maintenance, provide technical assistance and support for a wide range of PC-based computers and peripherals.
• Provides general and technical guidance, assistance and maintenance support to and users, as requested, on diverse software applications, operating systems, maintains a high standard of customer service in dealing with and responding to questions.
• Perform IT Service Desk, including logging the problem
• Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned
• Ensure the implementation of teamwork and cooperation and low of communication and information within inter department
• Ensure the confidentiality of the company's documentation

General Requirements:

• Must possess at least Diploma, major in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Experience min. 2 years in related fields
• Good personalities, energetic, and able to work under pressure
• Having an excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of English, both Oral & written
