d.            Bachelor Degree S-1 Electrical Instrument(1,3,8,9,12,17)
e.            Bachelor Degree S-1 Industrial (3,4,5,6,8,17,18)
f.             Bachelor Degree S-1 Metalurgy(5,15)
g.            Bachelor Degree S-1 environment or Health(7)
h.            Bachelor Degree in Chemical(1,2,3,9,11)
i.              Know the PMBOK concepts and aplication (1)
j.             Familiar with CAESAR Software  & other software (15)
k.            Familiar with SCADA/Telecomunication (16)
l.              Familiar with software STAAD PRO/SAP(14)
m.           HavingSKA Ahli Madya in Project Management (1)
n.            Having Particularly preferred PMP Certification (1)
o.            Familiar with code & standard (1-18)
p.            Min 15 Years Experiance (1)
q.            Min 10 Years Experiance in Project Oil & Gas (1)
r.             Min 6 Years Experiance Project Gas Boster / Gas Power Plant (1)
s.             Min 2 Years Experiance Project Manager Gas Boster/Gas Power Plant (1)
