AREA SALES MANAGER - ACEH (CODE: ASM ACEH)
Reports to VP of Sales General Trade, the candidate is responsible to :
1. Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to safety policies in all work environment and areas
2. Review, develop translate and implement market-specific strategies into account and call plans
3. Nurture & build customer relationships while preserving the ability to:
4. Work with business operations teams to effectively manage the business & achieve/exceed targets
5. Manage impelmentation of Extra Mile Projects
6. Manage price/ volume relationship to maximize margin
7. Lead and manage field personnel, including:
8. Embrace & actively drive implemetation or more effective sales processes and practices
9. Look for opportunities to cross-sell other Lafarge products or services
10. Report on business performance (volume, price, revenue, margin) vs. budget and system
General Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
2. 3 - 5 years of commercial experience
3. Experience in a commission-based, competitive sales environment is a plus
4. Having excellent communication, interpersonal and supervision skills
5. Good command of English, both oral and written
6. Computer literacy /able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).

5. Manage impelmentation of Extra Mile Projects
6. Manage price/ volume relationship to maximize margin
7. Lead and manage field personnel, including:
- Setting performance objectives
- Developing and coaching field personnel
- Reviewing performance
8. Embrace & actively drive implemetation or more effective sales processes and practices
9. Look for opportunities to cross-sell other Lafarge products or services
10. Report on business performance (volume, price, revenue, margin) vs. budget and system
General Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree
