1. Pendidikan S1 / S2/ S3 Disiplin ilmu ekonomi bisnis Akuntansi, teknik industri PTN/PTS Terkemuka dengan pengalaman Min. 5 tahun sebagai Auditor untuk S2 / S3 dan Min. 10 tahun sebagai auditor untuk S1
2. Umur Maximal 50
3. Memiliki kemampuan manajemen proyek, manajemen resiko, tata kelola perusahaan dan pengembangan model bisnis
4. Sehat Jasmani / Rohani
5. Domisili Kota Surabaya.
6. Jenis Kelamin Laki-2 / Perempuan.

B. Tugas Pokok :
1. Memberikan pendapat professional yang independen kepada Dewan Komisaris

2. Mengidentifikasikan Hal-hal yang memerlukan perhatian Dewan Komisaris, meliputi :
a. Menelaah informasi keuangan yang akan dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan seperti laporan keuangan serta proyeksi dan informasi keuangan lainnya.
b. Menelaah independensi dan objektivitas akuntan publik.
c. Menelaah kecukupan pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh akuntan publik untuk memastikan semua risiko yang penting telah dipertimbangkan.
d. Menelaah efektivitas pengendalian internal perusahaan.
e. Menelaah tingkat kepatuhan perusahaan tercatat terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang pasar modal dan peraturan perundangan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan perusahaan.
f. Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap dugaan adanya kesalahan dalam keputusan rapat direksi atau penyimpangan dalam pelaksanaan keputusan rapat direksi. Pemeriksaan tersebut dapat dilakukan oleh komite audit atau pihak independen yang ditunjuk oleh komite audit atas biaya perusahaan tercatat yang bersangkutan.

3. Tugas-tugas lain :
a. Melaporkan hasil penelaahannya kepada seluruh anggota Dewan Komisaris selambat-lambatnya 2 hari setelah laporan dibuat.
b. Menyampaikan laporan aktivitasnya kepada dewan komisaris secara berkala sekurang-kurangnya 1 X dalam tiga bulan.

Our first most important step is the license agreement with Stork Werspoor Sugar - Holland in 1974 where we learned to develop our ability in designing, manufacturing and completing construction of sugar factory, palm oil, steam boiler and pressure vessel.

The second agreement with Klockner Humbolt Deutz - Germany in manufacturing of diesel engines in 1997, set course into development of enery conversion technology. To lead BBI into modern company featured with well technology and equipment, we make an expansion in diesel engine plant and industrial equipment. We combine those efforts by various training domestic and abroad as well as scholarship to raise the professionalism of our employees.In the year 1998, Indonesian goverment adopted BBI under the National Strategic Industry.

Soon, BBI has grown rapidly as a company focusing in power generator, automative application, pumps set, earth moving machinery, agrobased industry and more.
