MARKETING TRAINEE(MT)

As our marketing trainees, you will undergo one-year training where you will learn various marketing & sales functions as you will be groomed to be part of our marketing & sales management team. In marketing function you will learn about promoting, advertising, analyzing market and demographics. In sales function you will learn about sales procedures, sales strategies and distribution channels. At the end of the training, you will be well-equipped to develop integrated marketing and sales strategies. Along the way, we expect you to exercise your leadership capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree from all major
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 from well-known universities
• Fast learner, self – driven and out-going
• Must be hardworking as these kinds of jobs require a lot of field work
• Exceptional communications skill in both written and verbal
• Experience in marketing or sales is preferable
• Willing to be placed in any city in Indonesia

INTERNAL AUDITOR (CODE:IA)

Some essential duties of our Internal Auditor include drafting audit report, control accuracy of financial records, briefing audit findings to management, and preparing recommendation for corrective actions. This position is bases in our Jakarta, Kudus, and Surabaya office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable universities.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 from well-known universities.

HRD RECRUITMENT STAFF (CODE: REC)

 

As our HRD Recruitment Staff, you are responsible to ensure that recruitment service level can support business, through staff recruiting and selection process (planning, sourcing, profiling and placement) in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee. You will lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system, identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview to select and evaluate applicants. This position is based in our Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Kudus, and Surabaya Office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree of Psychology from reputable university, with GPA more than 3.0.
• Holder of HIMPSI Certified Psychologist would be a plus, preferable from Industrial and Organizational
• Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process
• Good analytical, conceptual and administrative skills
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
