Exit Support Programme Officer – Banda Aceh (1 position) .
(National Staff Position)
The Exit Support Programme Officer will responsible for general task for closure of program in Aceh. Duties applicable to all staff:
· Actively work towards the achievement of the Secretariat’s goals.
· Abide by and work in accordance with the Red Cross/Red Crescent
principles.
· Perform any other work related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the line manager.
· Respect and observe the Code of Conduct and staff regulations.
Specific duties, responsibilities and accountabilities:
* Work with Organization Development, Construction and Disaster Management team integrated with the other divisions of the sub delegation on a daily basis to complete all the filling, archiving and handling over process of programme to PMI.
* Work with Organization Development, Construction and Disaster Management team on a daily basis to contribute on general assistance needed such as translation, taking the minutes, etc. as required.
* Support Organization Development, Construction and Disaster Management team in order to settle any pending issues related to program closer in collaboration and coordination with PMI chapter and Federation related departments.
* Strictly follow the deadline
* Maintain the confidentiality
* Adhere to Federation standards and procedures
* Maintain good relationship with Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI). Qualification, Experience and Skills:
· University Degree is recommended;
· Previous experience with one of International RC/RC Movement components
· Experienced in writing narrative and financial reports
· Experienced in planning and managing budgets
· Excellent English skills written and spoken
· Skills in computer software system
· Presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia/Achenese
· Able and willing to work with established procedures and policies
