Building & Infrastructure Supervisor - Meulaboh

Responsibilities:

• Create and propose weekly and daily plan, organize, control and evaluate all operational activities of Building & Infrastructure functions at site

• Managing and supervising the technical implementation of repair, maintenance and development of building and infrastructure maintenance and contractor work

• Managing the use of materials for the repair and maintenance of buildings and facilities

• Evaluate and analyze technical / non-technical related to buildings and facilities

• Create weekly and monthly reports of repair and maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Male, Max 40 years old

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years of experience on civil construction, General Earthworking, Civil Work & Road

• Understand Construction Management , Project Management & Project Planner

• Familiar and able to operate CAD, Cost & Estimate and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)

• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh

Procurement Coordinator - Meulaboh

Responsibilities:

• Implement a weekly procurement unit work plan

• Coordinate, implement the process of procurement of goods and services of material production, and material support and related administrative documents

• Monitoring and make progress reports related to the status of PR and PO on a weekly and monthly

• Ensuring the procurement of goods and services in accordance with specifications and SLA’s

Requirements:

• Male, Max 35 years old

• Mechanical Engineering Education with minimum 5 years experience in Procurement & Logistics field or minimum 3 years experience as Procurement / Purchasing at mining company

• Understand making the document RFQ, RFP, Bid Comparison, evaluation of cooperation contract

• Have networking with suppliers

• Understand related rules and regulations

• Familiar and able to operate SAP module MM application and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)

• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh
