Kualifikasi:

• Tingkat pendidikan minimal SMA/ sederajat dengan pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang yang sama untuk posisi Team Leader, dan 3 tahun untuk posisi officer, Operator, Mekanik, Assistant.
• Minimal DIII untuk trainer dengan minimal pengalaman 3 tahun dibidang yang sama.
• Minimal S1 dengan pengalaman minimal 2 tahun untuk Engineer, 6 tahun untuk Superintendent & Section Head, 10 tahun untuk Department Head di bidang yang sama.
• Minimal S1 Psikologi untuk posisi no 45
• Usia maksimal 45 tahun
• Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman di perusahaan tambang
• Memiliki Sertifikasi Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) untuk no 1,3,7,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,21,24
• Memiliki Sertifikasi Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) untuk no 2,8,9,15,34,35
• Memiliki sertifikat TOT untuk no 43, 44
• Memiliki KIMPER alat operasional untuk no 57
• Memahami hospitality management untuk no 40,42
• Memahami administrasi alat psikotes untuk no 45
• Memahami Mining Process dan HSE Procedures
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
• Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
