Vacancy at Islamic Relief - Banda Aceh

URGENTLY REQUIRED

Islamic Relief Worldwide, a British NGO, is urgently looking for suitable individual for the following positions based at Banda Aceh, Aceh.

Position: Admin Assistant (01 position)

Qualifications:
• Minimum graduation degree from a reputable university in Indonesia.
• 02-03 years experiences in administrative works through NGO.
• Good in computer operation
• Experience in file management
• Good in inter-personal skill
• Good in spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia

Salary: 2-3 millions IDR per month.

Position: IT and media officer (01 position)
Salary: 4-5 millions IDR per month

Qualifications:
• Minimum graduation degree from a reputable university in Indonesia.
• 03-04 years experiences in IT and media related works.
• Experience in NGO sector will be preferable
• Excellent in computer operation, network troubleshooting & having knowledge on design and graphics software.
• Experience in data base management
• Good in spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia

Internal Auditor (01 oosition). base in Banda Aceh:
Key Objectives
• To ensure the development of an efficient, clear and transparency in Islamic Relief Indonesia,
• Responsible for the creation, planning, coordination, day-to-day financial management, reporting and development of the IR Indonesia finance related operation.
Qualifications:
• University or master degree of accounting background or related field
• Proven years of finance related experience in an NGO or a commercial environment
• Experience of handling donor projects, e.g. ECHO, World Bank and UN Agencies
• Proven experience of analyzing, Internal audit, report writing, effective coordination in financial scope, work experience in multi cultural environments;
• Have excellent English speaking and writing skills, Acehnese speaking would be an asset; balanced with a sensitive and honest approach to people.
