1. The Republic of Indonesia has received funds from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development/International Development Association toward the cost of Aceh Economic Development Financing Facility, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to payments under the Contract for Procurement of CONSULTANT FIRMS FOR PROJECT MIDTERMS EVALUATION
2. Bidding will be conducted through the Company Qualificationo (CQS) procedures specified in the World Bank's Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, May 2004, revised October 1, 2006, and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source defined in the Guidelines.
3. Qualifications requirements include: company legal documentary evidences which shows that the company working in relevant consultancy services, and technical requirements (at least one contract for livelihood project evaluation services).
