Job description
• Handle customer inquiries from sellers and buyers
• Manage and resolve customer relation issues and escalations
• Document call center processes and FAQs, and work on continuous process improvement
• Be the voice of costumers to provide feedback to the company with Angkasa Pura I
• Analyze customer experience reports and insights and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
• Age between 25 - 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able using English as foreign language, both oral and written
• Having good communication skill and analytical thinking
• Mature, stable, customer satisfaction oriented and pleasant personality
• Good looking is a must
• Mobile person and initiative
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available
