Electrical Engineer Staff

Responsibilities:

• Handling and supporting all electrical works
• Prepare MTO (material take off) electrical
• Prepare electrical load list calculation, voltage drop calculation, power study (ETAP), singleline diagram, cable and generator sizing
• Creating electrical preventive maintenance system, organize and controlling
• Develop electrical knowledge to ensure adequate skill base for plant requirement

Requirements :

• Maximum age 29 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• From reputable university with GPA 3.00
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Excellent in communication skill, interpersonal with strong analitycal ability, good organizational and planning skill
• Computer literate with excellent skills of microsoft office
• Good command in English both oral and written

Mechanical Engineer Staff

Responsibilities:

• Execution of Pre-commissioning and commissioning mechine in project
• Mechanical engineer who has experiences dealing with a variety of mechanical equipment for example: steam turbine, cooling water, etc
• Fluent in interpreting the P&ID
• Prepare, supervise, analize and decision makaer
• Maintenence, corrective, action and adviser
• Reporting to manager of engineering

Requirement :

• From reputable university with GPA 3.00

Customer Relation Staff

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries from sellers and buyers
• Manage and resolve customer relation issues and escalations
• Document call center processes and FAQs, and work on continuous process improvement
• Be the voice of costumers to provide feedback to the company with Angkasa Pura I
• Analyze customer experience reports and insights and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives

Requirement :

• Age between 25 – 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Able using English as foreign language, both oral and written
• Having good communication skill and analytical thinking
• Mature, stable, customer satisfaction oriented and pleasant personality
• Good looking is a must
• Mobile person and initiative
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Civil Engineer Staff

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tender submission, pre tender pricing verifications and contracts if awarded
• Assisting manager in supervising & managing construction project
• Monitor overall job performance & prepare project schedule
• Coordinate with consultant, owner & other sub-contractors during work progress

Requirements:

• Maximum age 29 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

Cost Control Project Staff

Responsibilities:

• To verify the submission of proposed purchase by the Contractor including matching the reasonableness of the purchase price of materials and equipment proposed
• Conducting comparative price search with several suppliers of materials and equipment and report it in writing to the Project Manager and the Head Office
• To conform to suppliers of materials and equipment to the truth of prices charged by the contractor
• Controlling the realization of the demand of the Contractor not to exceed a predetermined RAB
• Manage and be responsible for project finance
• Conduct regular stock taking of the finances and assets of the company
• Prepare, implement, control and report on project finance activities in the field

Requirementss:

• From reputable university with GPA 3.00
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Supervisor Financial Control

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL and counsel, cost accounting, inventory accounting and revenue recognition
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal goverment reporting requirements and tax filingsDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengther internal control

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• From reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with 2 year(s) as a supervisor level

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing the operations and maintenance of the company’s fhysical assets including properties, vehicles, utilities, and equipments.
• Responsible the management of office equipments and supplies.

• Responsible for the health and safety guidelines of the organization.
