ABS main activity consists in supplying/distributing Asphalt & specialty binders such as Modified Bitumen & Emulsion to Road Contractors (Airport, Seaport, Mining, Toll…) and industrials all around Indonesia through bitumen terminals network spread in Sumatra, Java & Kalimantan.

Responsibilities:
• Selling products (bitumen)
• Make a plan and actual quarterly, monthly, weekly sales system to ensure achievement of sales targets
• Assist to develop and formulate marketing and pricing policies for bitumen sales and distribution
• Running Daily Schedule & make progress reports to the Customer who has been targeted
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
• Responsible and performing billing that has been due to customer
• Making a report to the superior related to the proposed sale and realization its sales constraints and solutions
• Creating reports on customer complaints and provide recommendations for improving service
• Identify sales prospects and a report on competitor activity on a regular basis
• Make a plan and ensure that all administrative processes shipping implemented correctly
• Experience in Building Material Company or Construction Company is MUST
• Experience Min. 3 years in the same field
• Excellent computer skill for Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and email
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good planning and organizing skill
• Has a good analytical thinking
• Having proper communication, negotiation as well as presentation skill
• Willing to be placed in Aceh for candidate outside Aceh
• Attractive Package Incentive to be offered

• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good planning and organizing skill
• Has a good analytical thinking
• Having proper communication, negotiation as well as presentation skill
