KSO Prisma Kampung Minyak Ltd. is looking for qualified candidates to fill the job vacancy as:

MAINTENANCE & FACILITY SUPERITENDENT (CODE: MFS1605)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports, drawings, blueprints, and other topographical data for the maintenance & facility projects plan.
• Ensure mintenance & facility activity is meet with construction and Government standard rules.
• Inspect and monitor the progress of maintenance & facility project and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
• Direct supervision in daily operations of maintenance & facility department.
• Monitor the maintenance & facility activities meet the work programe / plan.
• Reports to Field Manager of all kinds of issues from the civil & maintenance activities at field.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree from a recognized Indonesian university.
• Having 8 (eight) years of experience in oil & gas industry.
• Positive working attitude and good communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office, coral draw & Power Point.
• Good of spoken and written in English.
• Good HSE knowledge.

The candidates must be willing to be based at field Kampung Minyak, in Muara Enim, Palembang, South Sumatera.

FIELD MANAGER (CODE: FM1605)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the supervision and management of operations as well as for all aspects of field operations such as natural resources, human resources, HSE, good relationships etc. to achieve oil production target with lifting cost target.

Requirements:

• Petroleum Engineering or Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized Indonesian university.
• Having fiveteen (15) years of experience in oil and gas industry.
• Having knowledge in WP&B and AFE.
• Good HSE knowledge.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skill and communication skill.
• Positive working attitude.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Office & Power Point.
• Good of spoken and written in English.

The candidates must be willing to be based at field Kampung Minyak, in Muara Enim, Palembang, South Sumatera.

OPERATIONS MANAGER (CODE: OM1605)

Responsibilities:

• Manage Production Operations.
• Manage Safety Health & Environment Programs.
• Implement Predictive Maintenance System for production equipment.
• Responsible for Geological & Geophysical Studies.
• Responsible for Reservoir Engineering and Production Engineering.
• Responsible for Surface Facilities Engineering.
• Manage Drilling program.
• Manage Work over program.
• Manage relationship with oil & gas authority, partners and vendors.
• Manage community development program.
• Manage Work Programe & Budget (WP&B) and AFE.

Requirements:

• Petroleum Engineering or Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree from a recognized Indonesian university.
• Having fiveteen (15) years of experience in oil and gas industry.
