Requirements
Bachelor Degree in social studies, development studies, humanitarian, or related field Previous experience and familiarities with Disaster Risk Reduction & Climate Change Adaptation programs and development program is strongly preferred.
Experience in integrating DRR into school system and understanding of education teaching methodologies is an advantage Have knowledge or experience in conducting participatory vulnerability and adaptation assessments and its methodologies.
Experience in establishing inter-organizational networks and partnership with government institutions and communitiesExcellent ability in organizing and implementing training including designing development program curriculum and methodologies with focusing on DRR and CCA (climate change adaptation).
Excellent in verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, and good organizational skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia and good writing skills Computer Literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to advocacy/motivate/counsel both staff as well as local partner organizations Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
