Aceh, Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
- Budget and Cash flow forecast;
- Ensuring that budget requests submitted as per depot activity and controlling budget versus real cost;
- Management petty-cash and banks;
- Minimize idle-
- cash and ensure that petty cash in banks account is fit with depot activity;
- Documented all payment, invoice; create petty cash reports, bank accounts report.
- Account Receivables;
- Responsible to issue invoice related to bitumen selling on time Reporting tax as per government regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00
- Experience as Accounting Staff / Finance Staff will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel) and accounting software
- Passion to learn new things
- Ready to be placed in ACEH and MEDAN
