PROFESSIONAL LEGAL (Experienced)

General requirements:

• Bachelor/ Master Law Degree from reputable University
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in corporate legal/ business law
• Has deep understanding and experience in handling litigation (criminal/civil case)
• Has high commitment, integrity, and accountability
• Owns strong interpersonal, analytical thinking, negotiation, and time management skills
• Possess good attitude and sense of urgency
• Has excellent report writing, communication & presentation skills
• Willing to work full time

Job Description:

Company Document Legalization

• To carry out the company’s document legalization process and ensuring its conformance with the applied regulations/provisions, such as:
• Contracting, business contract evaluation with customer and / or vendor
• Internal company document legalization
• Other legal document review

Corporate Litigation and Non-Litigation

• Completion of the company’s legal issues (litigation and non-litigation):
• Conducting legal study (Legal Summary and Legal Opinion)
• Completion of legal disputes in court
• Completion of legal issues with customer (e.g.: bad debt, etc.)
• Knowledge on legal media publication
• Law of business aspects (merger, acquisition, partnership, etc.)
• Knowledge on arbitration will be of an advantage

Licensing (License)

• Licensing implementation in accordance with applicable law:
• Company document licensing
• IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) / HAKI
• Brand Registration
• Company Acts handling
• Other company documents in accordance with the regulation/provision
