Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Maximum 27 years old by February 2011
- Able to working under pressure
- Proficient in English both verbal and written
- Having organizational experience
- Having good analytical, communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Having good selling skill and interested in marketing
- Willing to be placed in all BSM operational areas
- Willing to not married during the MDP education process
