ActionAid Australia (AAA) and Keumang Foundation partnership under the finance of Aceh Economic Development Financing Facility (AEDFF) on Improving Competitiveness of Aceh Cocoa Value Chain to Increase Farmers' Income, Create Jobs and Alleviate Poverty based in Banda Aceh, Aceh Province is currently recruiting the following position:

1. Private Sector, Business & Market Linkages Advisor (PS)
The Private Sector, Business & Market Linkages Advisor (PS) is responsible to the improvement of market linkages along the value chain and simultaneously the promotion of Aceh cocoa. PS will advice on the conceptual design and implementa-tion of private sector involvement in the project.
Possible 9 months full time contract, from April to December 2011.

QUALIFICATION :
• Minimum 5 years working experience with or within agribusiness companies involved in cocoa business in Indonesia, with Bachelor's Degree in economics, agribusiness, trade, finance or related fields
• Experienced and demonstrates ability to manage Public Private Partnerships
• Have excellent technical expertise in agricultural value chain management,
agribusiness, marketing and trade of agricultural products
• Good communicator especially in multicultural and multiethnic context
• Strong reading, writing and speaking in English and Indonesia and is a computer/technology expert


2. Secondary Cooperative Development Consultant (SC)
The Secondary Cooperative Development Consultant (SC) is responsible to support the Cocoa Primary Cooperatives in Pidie, Aceh Utara and Aceh Timur to prepare for the establishment and to complete the registration of the Cocoa Secondary Cooperative. SC is also responsible to develop the Cooperative Management and Business Plan.
Possible 3 months full time contract, from April to June 2011.

QUALIFICATION :
• Minimum 10 years working experience with or within cooperative and is experienced in the development of secondary cooperative in Indonesia, with a minimum Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• Have excellent technical expertise in regards to cooperative and is familiar with the rule and regulation of Indonesian cooperative
• Good communicator especially in multicultural and multiethnic context
• Strong reading, writing and speaking in English and Indonesia and is a computer/ technology expert
