Job Vacancy for Consultancy For Resource mobilization

American Red Cross program Organization Development (OD) project in Indonesia aims to enhance the organizational capacity of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) over a period of one year (November 2010 - October 2011) to be capable in responding to the country disaster management and emergency health needs. The project comprises of five main components including governance, management, financial management, volunteer management and resource development.The specific scope of the work can be include strengthening existing PMI units that bring in funds and implementation of fund raising campaigns. Therefore in order to help PMI decide relevant options for their resource development activities, the project will hire a national consultant to conduct a resource mobilization study that will review PMI existing resource mobilization strategy and capacities as well as assess feasible resource mobilization options for the future.

The study will cover PMI Aceh Chapter and 6 targeted branches (Banda Aceh, Aceh Jaya, Aceh Barat Daya, Aceh Utara, Kota Langsa and Gayo Lues)
National consultant selected will be expected to conduct the assignment for 2 weeks period, starting 15 - 30 March, 2011

Skill and competencies required:
1. Degree in Economy and/or Business
2. Excellent experience in Business Development and Management
3. Excellent experience in conducting similar study
4. Familiar with Non Government Agencies system
5. Preferable experience with Red Cross/PMI
6. Excellent assesment report (in Bahasa and summary in English)
