. Overseeing the Contributing in Strengthening Election Administration in Aceh (CSEA) program for the upcoming pemilukada in Aceh in consultation with IFES Indonesia Country Director or designee.. Reviewing the technical program of subaward recipients and coordinating adjustments with Sub-awardee, IFES Indonesia and IFES Washington teams before subaward is issued.
This will include ensuring that appropriate M&E mechanisms are planned by the subawardee and coordinated with IFES field staff.
. Together with field staff, assisting subaward organization with data processing questions and quality control issues.
Qualifications:
. At least 7 years or comparable experience of working in international environment, ideally with significant experience in implementing democratic development projects and international program management;
. Excellent report writing skills, and able to produce a multiple-page report on electoral and political situations in English;
General Requirement for all positions:
. Willingness and availability to be based in Banda Aceh
. University Degree from suitable field to the position offered.

* Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Programs, Excel, Internet) required
. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and oral
. Strong analytical skill, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
