Lowongan Kerja Caritas Czech Republic

Caritas Czech Republic is currently looking for qualified staff to fill the "IT Assistant" position in Aceh Barat.

The IT Assistant reports to Office Manager and the IT Assistant will be in responsible for IT matters.

Main Duties:
  • Serve as first-level troubleshooting person for user-reported and other IT-related issues within Meulaboh, Aceh selatan, Gayo lues & Aceh Jaya offices, before escalating to Office Manager as next level.
  • Prepare initial installation of user's desktop/notebook computers with standard configuration and software according to Caritas Czech Republic standard.
  • Monitor Internet connection and serve as first level contact to ISP in case of problems.
  • Monitor network, server, and remote application performance and availability.
  • Maintain inventory and documentation of all IT equipment with relevant technical information.
  • Serve as contact to vendor when fixing broken computer hardware.
  • Gives technical review to procurement for provisions of minor peripheral devices and computer supplies (including ink/toner, etc.).
  • Assist user in performing relatively complicated IT tasks (e.g. performing backup of their own data, photo retouching, document conversion, software installation, CD/DVD duplication).
Recruitment Qualification:
Education : University degree or D3, preferably in IT or Computer Science, familiar with LAN.

Experience :
  • 3 (three) years minimum experience working withinternational organization(s)
  • Familiar with Mikrotic, Linux & network management system
  • Have a good understanding with Microsoft software troubleshooting
  • Have a good understanding with Local Area Connection Management


Language Recruitment: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
