Develop concept and handle operation in Recruitment, Talent and People Development, Performance Management, Organization Development.
• Responsible for planning and executing recruitment process to fulfill manpower planning
• Responsible for monitoring and improving recruitment process and database for applicants
• Conduct psychological test and interview
• Maintain and incharge the organization human resources start from planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies
• Review and update structure organization
• Conduct job analysis and job evaluation
• Conduct competency assessment, update and improve competency dictionary and competency profile
• Manage training and development activities
• Continuing talent management system
• Set up performance management system, performance appraisal, promotion, etc
• Maximum age at 27 years old
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the Human Resources Development (Recruitment, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and Talent & People Development)
• Strong interest and practical knowledge & practices on human resources and business
• Strong in networking & excellent in interpersonal relationship
• Active participation in team with excellent interpersonal and interdependency skill
