An AusAID funded initiative, the Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF), is seeking highly qualified Administration/Finance Assistant to assist PRSF Project in one of the working groups.PRSF is a joint project between AusAID and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a focal point for arranging workshops, training and/or meetings related to TNP2K program including but not limited to prepare the workshop’s materials, Arrange the venue for the events, Follow up the logistic requirements, Request the cash advance, Settled the payments for the participants/attendances and Provide Activity Expense Report all the payments/cost of the workshop·
- Responsible for all travel and accommodation arrangement and other logistical and organizational needs for employees and consultants·
- Maintain filing system both soft copy and hard copy.
- Assist in the day to day maintenance of the office and its facilities.
- Assist with office operations in order to assure smooth processes and procedures.
- Assist with office photocopying, filing and typing.
- Collecting and filing all meeting attendance list, Minutes of Meetings including the distribution of MoM to respected meeting members·
- Screening phone calls and directing placement.
- Taking down messages and delivery to the appropriate party.
- Sending and receiving letters, invitations, etc
- Attending to reception of Program visitors·
- Maintain the organizations and Kementerian/Lembaga contact database.
- Maintaining and control taxi voucher usage and application for business purpose only.
- Organizing mailing system and schedule on a proper manner for both field offices and Boston Head Quarter·
- Maintaining inventories of office equipment and office supplies.
- Other duties as assigned by superiors within the capacity of his/her field of professional
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor Degree in Management/Finance/Accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience
- The candidate with soonest availability is strongly advised to apply.
- Full of initiative, Multitasking, hardwork, honest and good communication skills, excellent Team player, fluency in English, knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.
