CCR is currently looking for qualified staff to fill the “ HR Assistant" position based in Banda Aceh. Under the supervision of HR Manager, HR Assistant will be responsible fora full range of activities for personnel administration as well as General Service staff recruitment. He/She should be organized, have good communication skills, and be trustworthy with confidential information in order to be valuable in managing personnel issues and his/her daily duties.

Description of responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment processes including posting of vacancy announcement, receiving applications, compiling matrix of candidates, facilitate in setting up interview schedules, venue, contacting the relevant parties, performing functions of Secretary in interview panels and preparing other recruitment related correspondences.
- Maintenance, update and monitor of leave database and attendance records for national and international staff and calculate overtime for national staff.
- Assist in scanning staff personal data
- Maintenance of proper filing system for HR records and documents, both in hard and soft copies.
- Assist in filling Income Tax form for all staff Work closely with HR Manager on tracking of the payment request and the reimbursement of health Insurance
- Assist on register new staff and updating Staff with social security (Jamsostek)
- Other task as required
Reqruitment qualification :
Education :
University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or Public Administration would be desirable, but it is not a requirement.
Experience :
3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience is required at the national or international level. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc)
Language :
Good in written and spoken English
