The Putera Sampoerna Foundation (PSF) is the first Social Business Institution in Indonesia with the vision to create eminent and responsible future leaders and entrepreneurs for Indonesia to face the challenges of global participation.
The four main pillars of the Putera Sampoerna Foundation are quality education for Indonesian students, especially those from financially disadvantaged families, job creation through entrepreneurship development, public enlightenment through the empowerment of women, and the distribution of aid and relief programs for disaster recovery. Based on its grand strategy 'Pathway to Leadership', the Putera Sampoerna Foundation has the goal of creating 1,000 leaders per year who are expected to provide contributions and change in their communities. Program Officer-Scholars Development-Scholarships
Job Description
• To assist the Scholars Development Manager in preparing the annual plan and strategy for the implementation of various scholars development programs. This may include review, improvement or development of program charter (purpose, general description, target, etc.), guidelines, policy, SOP, reporting standard, etc.
• To prepare annual budget for the implementation of scholars development programs.
• To monitor the performance of scholars, academic and non-academic, as stipulated in their scholarship agreement or otherwise, and to provide timely reports about scholars’ performance as inputs to develop required actions.
• To develop, maintain and improve scholar’s internship program, through coordination with internship providing companies.
• To perform system modification to ensure continuing improvement of the programs
• To coordinate and monitor the content and distribution of PSF scholarship programs’ newsletters and magazines.
• To perform other tasks or new programs as instructed by Scholars Development Manager and/or Head of Scholarship and Student Loan department.
Requirement
• Holds min S1 from any relevant disciplines, preferably from Psychology, HR Management or business management, or working experience as counselor, HR officer (especially in training and development), management consultant or education consultant.
• Possesses min 3 years work experience in the same position.
• Computer literate to relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, power point etc.
• Sufficient English language skill, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
