The Putera Sampoerna Foundation (PSF) is the first Social Business Institution in Indonesia with the vision to create eminent and responsible future leaders and entrepreneurs for Indonesia to face the challenges of global participation.The four main pillars of the Putera Sampoerna Foundation are quality education for Indonesian students, especially those from financially disadvantaged families, job creation through entrepreneurship development, public enlightenment through the empowerment of women, and the distribution of aid and relief programs for disaster recovery. Based on its grand strategy 'Pathway to Leadership', the Putera Sampoerna Foundation has the goal of creating 1,000 leaders per year who are expected to provide contributions and change in their communities. Creative Group Head- Marketing & Communication
Job Description
• To write, translate, and edit the required materials to be used for corporate publications. This includes perform necessary interviews and required research
• To assist Creative Manager on required publishing projects
• To perform related administrative works that deal with the admin and payments of the each vendors
• To handle the ISO reporting
• On Ad hoc basis, the writer provides writing, translation, and editing services for other Departments within reasonable time frame – only after Publication’s manager’s approval
• To ensure the relationships with relevant internal and external parties are well developed, maintained, and improved
• To pitch in new ideas for all projects related to the Publications Officer’ scope in order to create a more efficient team in Marketing Communication
• To actively propose training and development needs to the Creative Manager and then enrolls the trainings when approved to ensure the incumbent’s competency is continuously developed
Requirement
• Holds min S1 from any disciplines, preferably from English Literature or Communication
• Possesses min 4 years work experience as a copywriter in a well-reputable publishing company
• Possesses reasonable knowledge publishing including print ads and multimedia
• Expert in in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point etc
• Able to edit and translate in both languages (English and Indonesian)
• Has great English and Indonesia copy development skill, both spoken and written
• Able to manage his/her priorities
• Has good communications skills will all parties
