The Putera Sampoerna Foundation (PSF) is the first Social Business Institution in Indonesia with the vision to create eminent and responsible future leaders and entrepreneurs for Indonesia to face the challenges of global participation.
The four main pillars of the Putera Sampoerna Foundation are quality education for Indonesian students, especially those from financially disadvantaged families, job creation through entrepreneurship development, public enlightenment through the empowerment of women, and the distribution of aid and relief programs for disaster recovery. Based on its grand strategy 'Pathway to Leadership', the Putera Sampoerna Foundation has the goal of creating 1,000 leaders per year who are expected to provide contributions and change in their communities. In carrying out its activities, the Putera Sampoerna Foundation is supported by strategic partners such as Sahabat Wanita (Friends of Women), Siswa Bangsa, and Bait Al-Kamil. The Foundation has also established ACCESS as a business entity to increase student exchanges and cooperation with universities abroad, as well as MEKAR, which is a comprehensive portal and center for entrepreneurship development in Indonesia.
The Putera Sampoerna Foundation is the first non-profit organization to receive the ISO 9001:2008 certificate of quality management systems which are of international standard. Applying the principles of transparency and accountability in all its activities, the Putera Sampoerna Foundation has been trusted by more than 250 corporations, organizations and associations as a provider for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. The Putera Sampoerna Foundation is periodically audited by a third-party international auditor and its report is published in the Putera Sampoerna Foundation's annual report.

Sales Officer – Account Management
Job Description
• Administer the assigned customer portfolio (i.e. historical spend, current activity, client fiscal year, propensity modeling, key challenges/obstacles and learning about client’s business through research and client meetings. ) on day to day basis
• Effective use of the process to uncover true customer views on PSF services, leading to increased retention and customer satisfaction
• Liaise with internal PSF’s Program Delivery team and clients to align sales with related internal functions (Program and Support) and ensure coordinated efforts between service offering, pricing, legal requirement, and resource requirement (budget, people, time, etc.) to ensure flow of all processes are smooth and communications to customer are synchronized.
• Assist the management of existing portfolio and continue to grow revenue by proposing new programs.
• To Organize and conduct partners’ program socialization an onwards monitoring of execution.
• Ensures the implementation of agreed work plan is well established and implemented within the project team in short term and long term process.
• Ensure and administer that the set customer portfolio budget and monitors the usage and realization of this budget, to ensures its effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain updated knowledge on full range of programs, content, functionality, services and ongoing development.
Requirement
• Hold min S1 from a reputable business school or any relevant disciplines. .
• Possess min 3 years work experience in marketing.
• Competent in time management, possesses initiatives and of a proactive nature.
• Possess reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, power point, etc.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
• Possess global and deeply comprehensive in system and operating procedures within the office.
• Good analytical and conceptual skill.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics and planning
• Excellent administrative skill.
