Position: Media Center Coordinator
Job Description:
1. Responsible to manage media center and to provide IFES Indonesia & partner organizations with advice on the full range of technical and operational issues relating to the media center.
2. Proactively seek out ways to assist IFES Indonesia, KPUD Aceh, KIP Aceh and journalists in all areas related to the news coverage on election.
3. Undertake and write reports on issues related to the media center and election, based on IFES experience and/or international best practice.
4. Liaise closely with members and officials of Aceh`s electoral institutions and support ongoing working relationships.
5. Coordinate the planning, administration and logistics of the media center with other IFES Indonesia staffs.
Requirements:
• Live in Banda Aceh, NAD
• A degree in communication or other relevant social studies
• Minimum 4 years experience in managing election media center & has knowledge in media/communication field
• Has working experience with KPUD Aceh, KIPP Aceh and other organizations related to election
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English (preferable)
• Proficiency in MS Office software including Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
• Good analytical skill, self motivated and proactive

1. Analyze news & make data statistic on issues related to election.
2. Assist in providing IFES Indonesia and partner organizations with advice on the full range of technical and operational issues relating to the media center.
3. Undertake and write reports on issues related to the media center, news on elections, based on IFES experience and/or international best practice.
4. Help develop and implement basic office systems and accompanying procedures.
5. Arrange for and oversee the maintenance of office equipment in coordination with the Media Center Coordinator.
Requirements:
• Live in Banda Aceh, NAD.
• A degree in communication or other relevant social studies.
• Minimum 3 years experience in working on media center & journalistic.
• Has experience in analyzing news on election and make data statistic.
• Proficiency in MS Office software including Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English (Preferable)
• Good analytical skill & self motivated and proactive

Job Description:
1. Ensure smooth operation of project computer systems and equipment.
2. Supervise the installation of network and computer hardware in the office.
3. Provide daily operational and maintenance (help desk) services to project IT users: troubleshooting and repairs for hardware, software and network problems.
4. Install application software in a local area network (LAN) environment and the training of the contractor's personnel on it use and administration.
Requirements:
• Live in Banda Aceh, NAD
• A degree in Information Technology or Information System
• Minimum 3 years experience as web programmer or IT officer
• Experienced and fluent in MySQL, MS Access, Web programming, PHP, Javascript, HTML, Linux based server and/or Windows Server 2003, computer network and hardware
• Experienced on website development would be an advantage
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English (Preferable)
• Good analytical skill & self motivated and proactive
