The Putera Sampoerna Foundation (PSF) is the first Social Business Institution in Indonesia with the vision to create eminent and responsible future leaders and entrepreneurs for Indonesia to face the challenges of global participation.
The four main pillars of the Putera Sampoerna Foundation are quality education for Indonesian students, especially those from financially disadvantaged families, job creation through entrepreneurship development, public enlightenment through the empowerment of women, and the distribution of aid and relief programs for disaster recovery. Based on its grand strategy 'Pathway to Leadership', the Putera Sampoerna Foundation has the goal of creating 1,000 leaders per year who are expected to provide contributions and change in their communities. In carrying out its activities, the Putera Sampoerna Foundation is supported by strategic partners such as Sahabat Wanita (Friends of Women), Siswa Bangsa, and Bait Al-Kamil. The Foundation has also established ACCESS as a business entity to increase student exchanges and cooperation with universities abroad, as well as MEKAR, which is a comprehensive portal and center for entrepreneurship development in Indonesia.
The Putera Sampoerna Foundation is the first non-profit organization to receive the ISO 9001:2008 certificate of quality management systems which are of international standard. Applying the principles of transparency and accountability in all its activities, the Putera Sampoerna Foundation has been trusted by more than 250 corporations, organizations and associations as a provider for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. The Putera Sampoerna Foundation is periodically audited by a third-party international auditor and its report is published in the Putera Sampoerna Foundation's annual report.

Event Officer- Marketing & Communication
Job Description
• Develops proposed annual work plan/strategy and budget for the event (corporate and program) activities to the Head of Marketing & Communication, to ensure the activities are in line with the Communication Department Goals and can be supported with sufficient resources
• Ensures reports regarding the implementation of the approved work plan and budget usage are available as required
• Ensures the event preparation steps such as event budget setting, location survey, merchandising, invitation distributing, etc are well performed
• Ensures the events are accomplished in a way that satisfies the participants and provides best benefits for the Sampoerna Foundation
• Ensures event evaluation report is available timely, accurately, and objectively to management
• Proposes the candidate vendors to the Head of Marketing & other relevant parties and suggest one of them to be appointed to support the event activities
• Develops, maintains, and improves relationships with relevant parties such as donors, schools, government officials, vendors, scholars, etc, to support the smoothness of the Event programs
• Maintain all information in the Event programs, to ensure they are continuously updated and deliver the information to other unit
• Keep abreast with the latest issues in education, especially in Indonesia, to be able to continuously improve the Communication services
• Maintain the consistencies of the corporate identity manual
Requirement
• Holds min S1 from management or communication
• Possesses minimum 3 year work experience in organizing events (as a project manager)
• Possesses reasonable knowledge in using relevant office applications such as Microsoft words, excel, power point etc
• Has sufficient English skill, both spoken and written
• Has good project management skill
