Coffey International Development in association with Forum Bangun Aceh (FBA) are managing the AusAID funded Local Governance Innovations for Communities in Aceh (LOGICA 2) which is an initiative under the Australia Indonesia Partnership aimed to contribute to a stable and peaceful Aceh by supporting effective governance to address priority community needs and improve living standards.
Currently there are three programs under the Australia Indonesia Partnership (AIP), namely LOGICA 2 as mentioned above, Support for Education Sector Development in Aceh (SEDIA) and the World Bank managed Consolidating Peaceful Development in Aceh (CPDA). We are currently seeking a Common Results Framework Specialist to work across all three programs (LOGICA 2, SEDIA and CPDA) to facilitate and coordinate the development of a final draft of the Common Results Framework (CRF) for Aceh, including common reporting indicators and targets across the three programs and a draft implementation plan for the Aceh CRF.
To be successful for this position you will be tertiary qualified and will need to demonstrate experience in developing monitoring and evaluation strategies and systems to measure program performance; combined with an excellent ability to report and communicate complex concepts to a range of stakeholders. Demonstrated experience working in a developing country context and with a range of stakeholders, including government partners is essential.
