PT Lafarge Cement Indonesia a subsidiary of world leader in cement manufacturing and building material having its operation in Aceh, North Sumatra, Riau and Batam invites you to join our team to be based in Lhok Nga-Plant, Aceh as:

Stakeholder Relation Coordinator (Code: SRC)

Reports to CSR Manager, the candidate is responsible to:
• Responsible for the design, implement and manage Stakeholders Relation Programs to optimize the benefit of company among its stakeholders (internal & external) by compliance with applicable regulation, company rules and its requirements
• Managing administration and reporting relates with CSR department
• Managing Safety functionn in respective department

General Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in any field, preferably from social, psychology, law and communisation background
• Having minimum 5 years working experience in respective area
• Having experience in community survey and assessment, stakeholder mapping, social impact and risk mitigation and handling the community conflict/complaint
• Having experience in working with NGO, University, private sector and government
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work in multi cultural environment
• Understanding on environment management system, general affairs and commercial term will be an advantage
• Having excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skill
• Computer literacy / able to operate Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Power Point).
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
