TDMRC – Syiah Kuala University under DRR-A project is seeking young talented professionals to fill in the positions below :1. Executive Project Manager
Responsibilities
1. Managing project implementation activities.
2. Ensuring that the aim(s) and objective(s) of each activity are achieved in accordance with the
project document(s).
3. Conducting projects in accordance with established schedules and steps.
4. Managing activities in the DRR-A project: preparing a ToR, RAB, conducting the activity, and reporting.
5. Holding routine coordination meetings with parties related to carrying out projects.
6. Developing instruments for conducting the project.
7. Submitting monthly reports on project activities to the Director and Assistant Director.
8. Finding and documenting lessons learned from the projects.
Position Requirements
1. Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (S1), priority given to candidates with Master’s degrees (S2).
2. Physically healthy
3. Minimum 2 years work experience as Project Manager or equivalent position
4. Minimum 5 years of involvement with project execution mechanisms.
5. Ability to use English well (both verbal and written).
6. Possess strong interpersonal skills.
7. Priority given to candidates with prior involvement in Disaster Risk Reduction.
8. Prepared to work full time, based in Banda Aceh.
9. Able to work well under pressure and time constraints.
