Lowongan Kerja Swisscontact

Swisscontact through Project of Peningkatan Ekonomi Kakao Aceh [PEKA] sub project Aceh Economic Development Financing Facility (EDFF) is currently seeking highly motivated, dedicated and experienced staff for the following positions to be based in Banda Aceh:

A. IT Officer

Main duties:

• Maintenance and update project databases;
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for IT problems for users;
• Advise users in using the best IT resources and solutions;
• Coach partners in implementing IT related solutions;
• Maintenance and administration of the project website;
• Support the implementation of the different project program and administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology;
• At least four years of experience in IT support, maintenance trouble shooting in network configuration and system administrator;
• Good knowledge in configuration of operating system (Small Business Server 2008, MS Windows 7, Office 11);
• Excellent knowledge with SQL Server, good knowledge in VBA, Access project, and PHP;
• Experienced in identifying basic problems in IT hardware;
• Experienced of working with IT equipment: WI-FI access point, switch, router modem and PABX;
• Good English command and communication skills.

B. Database Officer

Main duties:
Support the maintenance of project databases and Management Information System.
Requirements:

• University degree preferably relating to Information Technology;
• At least two years of experience in IT support, maintenance of database systems, data collection and input;
• Good English command and communication skills;
• Experience in GIS system preferred.

Applicants must be available for extensive travel within Aceh if needed.
